Sound palette
The sound direction combines minimal techno with bells, acid-style synths, sustained strings, and a deep kick. Dripping sounds relate to the theme of bodily cycles.
Composition and spatial placement
I created the sounds in Ableton LiveAbleton Live is software for making and performing music. A project contains separate tracks and editable clips, rather than one finished recording. Playback formats
I prepared a What does 7.1.2 mean?The numbers describe the layout: seven main channels around the listener, one low-frequency effects channel, and two height channels. Installation playback
In the Audio Lab, Multichannel audioMultichannel audio sends different parts of a mix to separate speakers. Instead of placing everything between a left and right speaker, the designer can use locations around the room.
